關於『 潮星州海南雞飯專賣 』
- 『潮星州』是源自星國道到道道地地的海南雞飯專賣店『炎記』於2018在台灣創立的貧俖
- 『炎記』於2008發跡於新加坡，主要販售手工魚丸麵及參峇肉脞麵，是當地人幾乎每天必吃的餐點，爾後於2013年在澳門開設「炎記海南雞飯專賣」，並在2016及2017獲得澳門最愛新馬菜美食餐廳大獎（金獎）和澳門最愛的新馬菜海南雞飯大獎兩個獎項。

- 其中一人獨享餐的椰奶叻沙可以選擇(1)主餐:豬肉、蔬菜、蛤蜊、鮮蝦四選一。(2)主食:桂林米粉、烏龍麵、油麵、混麵選一
- 『 一人獨享餐』($168)有海南雞飯又有椰奶叻沙麵非常滿足，對大胃口又不想選擇的你真的非常合適。注意: 海南只有是半份，是加點的海南雞($78)才是一份喔!
鮮蝦叻沙: 加入蝦膏、椰奶，帶有淡淡的甜味，湯頭紅通通感覺口味辛辣，但其實只是微辣喔! 是敢吃小辣的人都可以接受的辣度
海南雞飯: 雞肉非常嫩，雖是雞胸肉但是並不會乾柴，一咬下去入口即化，口感鮮嫩
醬油膏、辣醬: 辣醬非常辛辣，舌頭一碰到好像被電到，全身都酥麻了起來

- 用餐環境非常舒適，每一張餐桌都配有一盞燈，非常有誠意。牆上掛上滿版星國『 魚頭獅 』海報，店內洋溢濃濃的新加坡味。另一側牆上佈滿植披掛上『 潮星洲海南雞飯』環境擺設非常用心
- 『 一人獨享餐』兩大招牌星國餐點海南雞飯、椰奶叻沙一次滿足，這樣份量價格$168也算評價，每次來店必點這套餐
- 『海南雞飯』雞肉非常嫩，吃起來非常順口，配上帶有鹹味相蔥、香油，非常道地
- 『叻沙麵』的南洋湯頭由椰奶、蝦膏製成，甜香辣味道豐富，喝起來非常過癮!
