關於『 弘記豆漿 』

『 弘記豆漿 』蘆洲本店創立於2015年，曾被『食尚玩家』、『台灣1001個故事』、『三立新聞』、『日本關西TV』等美食節目報導，門口牆壁上掛著滿滿的名人簽名，是蘆洲區的超人氣早餐店，餐點炸蛋飯糰、手工蛋餅、現磨豆漿非常受歡迎，2019在板橋府中站附近創立第一家分店。

『 弘記豆漿 』目前有兩家店:
蘆洲本店: 新北市蘆洲區中正路43號
板橋分店: 新北市板橋區館前西路145號

手工辣椒
使用湖南在地製作辣椒醬做法，讓蘋果泥和辣椒發酵三星期，使辣椒呈現絕妙的味道。慢火熬煮，讓辣椒的香辣滋味完全融合。使用新鮮食材製作，無添加任何化學香料及防腐劑，原淬的每位來自用心堅持。
炸彈飯糰
老闆本身是花蓮人，花蓮有名的小吃炸蛋蔥油餅為了給客人新奇的口感，靈機一動想出了炸蛋飯糰。
豆漿
加拿大進口非基因改良黃豆，每日清晨現磨，真正的濃純香，煮製過程中無加消泡劑、濃稠劑、防腐劑，只想給大家喝的健康煮製過程完全煮滾煮透，這口感如牛奶般的滑順。

用餐環境稍嫌擁擠，座位只有室內四桌加室外兩桌，總共六桌，桌子偏小。且因為動線設計關係後方都有人進進出出，一不小心就會會碰到。醬料區在垃圾桶旁邊，且有點不太妥當。
餐點價格合理，招牌特色餐點表現出色，個人推薦『 炸蛋飯糰』、『打拋豬蛋餅』、『手工辣椒』
『 炸蛋飯糰』飯糰內包著半熟糖心蛋，一口咬下，鮮甜蛋汁流竄到飯糰內部，提升了飯糰的口感，不再像印象中的飯糰咬起來乾澀，糖心蛋與飯糰的搭配恰到好處，
『打拋豬蛋餅』泰式招牌菜打拋豬結合台式傳統蛋餅，香脆的蛋餅外皮配上香氣撲鼻的豬肉內餡，口感獨特，帶有微微的辣度，敢吃辣的朋友們一定要嘗試。
『手工辣椒』辣度介於中辣到大辣之間，敢吃”大辣”的朋友們一定要帶一罐回家，無論是吃粥、小籠包、麵線、蛋餅都可以配上這罐辣椒醬，馬上從普通的餐點變成美食佳餚。湖南當地獨特辣椒醬製作工法，辣得非常帶勁，配上水果皮發酵散發淡淡香氣，酸酸辣辣的好滋味，比例拿捏恰到好處。送給愛吃辣的朋友當禮物，他們一定讚不絕口!!
