傳說中的幽靈餐車《胖子修行動餐車》沒有固定營業地點與時間，偶爾會停在新竹costco旁販賣。店內販售古早味花生大腸、大腸頭、原味香腸、糯米大腸、香蒜鹹豬肉、竹筍香腸等等。

花生大腸、煙燻原味香腸是他們家的招牌，招牌餐點加入家傳的調味料經過大火碳烤後，逼出同濃濃的炭烤香味，讓人口水直流，獨特的煙燻風味讓人忍不住一口接一口，配上老闆獨特製的醃漬佐料(蘿蔔、洋蔥、薑片)特別爽口，如果巧遇絕對不能錯過他！

這是菜單裡最貴也是最豐盛的餐點，內容包含：花生大腸、原味香腸、竹筍香腸、鹹豬肉。

現場免費提供醬料包不限份數，請適量取用。

醬料包有兩種 (1) 糯米醬、(2)特調醬。
1. 糯米醬：類似淋在肉圓上的甜沾醬、甜辣醬
2. 特調醬：特製醬油膏配上蒜蓉

⬤ 花生大腸使用真正的腸衣，經過炭烤處理能夠逼出腸衣和糯米的香氣。吃起來有獨特的煙燻風味!
