身為從小吃各種泡麵到大的泡麵專業戶(誤)，不僅喜歡吃經典的湯泡麵，乾式泡麵也是一大享受，濃郁的醬汁搭配QQ有嚼勁的麵體，想到都想流口水~

去夜市常常會尋找炒泡麵的蹤影，很可惜夜市有賣炒泡麵的機率不僅低，也很難存活下去，常常都是小攤販式經營，如果客源不穩定，下次再去夜市就看不到攤販的蹤影了！

本次要介紹的這家炒泡麵《逢甲金門炒泡麵專賣店》，不僅是我親身吃了十年以上的老店（所以想吃炒泡麵時就有，很安心），也是我私心認為是全台最好吃的炒泡麵，比台南的炒泡麵還好吃！
